Questions people ask first
- What counts as a lead?
- A real business, checked and scored, with a working email address and a note already written for it. Not a row scraped off a directory — if we cannot verify the address or work out why they are a fit, it does not reach you.
- Do I need my own email domain?
- Yes, and it takes a few minutes to set up — we walk you through it. Sending from your own domain is what protects your reputation, and it means the replies come back to you rather than to us.
- Is cold email legal in the UK?
- To limited companies, yes, provided you say who you are and offer a way to opt out. Sole traders are different, and LeadLamp never emails them. The Trust page explains exactly where the line is. Read the detail.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Monthly, no notice period, no exit call.
