One lead, end to end

How it works

Follow one lead all the way through, from a name on a register to a reply in your inbox.

Found

You say what you are after — “joiners around Norwich”, “accountants opening a first office in Norfolk”. Overnight, LeadLamp goes looking in the places UK businesses actually appear: the public company register, business directories covering some 5.9 million UK companies, and the open web.

It also watches the register as companies are added to it. A firm that incorporated on Tuesday has no website, no supplier and no incumbent, and that is only true for a few days. Reach them before they have even googled.

Checked

Before you ever see a lead, the email address is verified — a real mailbox, at a real domain, accepting mail today. Addresses that fail are not shown to you with a warning; they are simply not shown. Sending to dead addresses is how a sending domain gets a reputation nobody wants.

Duplicates are removed across everything you run, so the same business never gets two notes from two directions.

Understood

LeadLamp reads their website — the homepage, the contact page, the about page — and pulls out one specific, checkable thing about how they work. Bookings taken by phone only. A service they have just added. An area they cover.

That one detail is the entire difference between a note worth reading and a mail merge. If the site gives up nothing specific, LeadLamp says so rather than inventing something.

Written

A short note, under 120 words, in your voice. One true observation about their business, one plain sentence about what you do, one easy thing to say yes to. You set the tone once, with a few lines of your own writing, and it is learned from there.

No “I hope this finds you well”. No paragraph about your journey. Nothing that reads as though it went to four hundred people, because it did not.

Approved by you

In the morning, the batch is waiting. Each lead shows the company, why it was picked, the verified address and the drafted note. Approve it, change a line, or bin it — and if you bin it, say why in one click, because that is what teaches the next batch.

Nothing sends without you. Not the first email, not the follow-ups, not the replies. That is enforced in the database itself, not left to a setting somebody could switch off.

Sent at a sensible pace

Approved notes go out through the working day, spread out and never in a burst. A new sending domain starts at a handful a day and builds up over weeks. If your bounce rate climbs or anyone marks a message as spam, sending stops on its own and tells you why.

The reply lands with you

Replies come straight back to your own inbox, and LeadLamp sorts them: interested, a question, later, or no. The warm ones come with a suggested answer, already drafted, waiting for the same approval as everything else. Anyone asking to be left alone is removed instantly, everywhere, without you lifting a finger.

Ten minutes a day. That’s the job now.

Coffee, keyboard, a dozen decisions. The rest of the day is yours to do the work you were actually hired for.
